Community Relations
The Community Relations Office role is to ensure that Utah residents are provided with accessible Labor Commission services. One of our main objectives is to educate Utah’s diverse communities and increase awareness about legal rights and responsibilities for Utah employers and their employees.
Under the leadership and guidance of Commissioner Sherrie Hayashi, the Community Relations office coordinates and oversees the following areas:
- Community Education and Outreach
- Media and Public Relations
- WPS Grant Program
- WPS School Poster Competition
