Workers' Compensation Poster - English Spanish(On-Line)
No charge for posters, however, there is a charge of $6.00 for postage of 25 or more posters. Orders over 100 will have to be reproduced by the companies and they must use the Utah Labor commission information and format. Unlimited amounts if you come in and pick up.

Employee's Guide to Workers' Compensation English Spanish(On-Line)
No charge for booklets, however, there is a charge of $6.00 for postage on 25 or more booklets. Large orders will have to be reproduced by individual insurance companies or self-insured employers using the Utah Labor Commission information and format. Unlimited amounts if you come in and pick up.

Employer's Guide to Workers' Compensation English(On-Line)
No charge for brochure but only one per employer.
