Workers' Compensation Claims Resolution Program

mediation

The Claims Resolution Program can expedite the resolution of workers' compensation claims to less than four weeks from the time both parties agree to a conference.

The Claims Resolution Conference brings both parties together. Then, with the help of a neutral facilitator, the parties develop solutions for resolving their workers' compensation disputes to the mutual benefit of both parties.

Note: If you have a claim currently pending with the Labor Commission and are interested in participating in a Claims Resolution Conference, or would like more information, please contact: (801) 530-6800, (800) 530-5090 (if outside the Salt Lake area).

Qualified individuals with disabilities in need of special accommodations from the Labor Commission are to request accommodation(s) at least three working days in advance of the scheduled conference.
