Employers' Reinsurance Fund
Mission Statement
To provide compensation promptly and accurately to eligible permanently disabled injured workers and/or survivors.
This fund pays monthly benefits to Permanent Total Disabled Employees whose injury occurred prior to July 1, 1994.
The assessment rate is 3.50% as of January 1, 2010 (5.00% in 2009; 7.25% in 2008).
