Antidiscrimination and Labor Advisory Council
The Antidiscriminiation and Labor Advisory Council is made up of voting and non-voting members, appointed by the Labor Commissioner, who represent both employers, employees and landlords. The Council advises the Commission on matters of legislation, rules, and enforcement of the Antidiscrimination Act, Payment of Wages Act and the Fair Housing Act.
